{"id":409,"date":"2020-08-13T19:22:18","date_gmt":"2020-08-13T19:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookbook.deamaree.com\/?p=409"},"modified":"2021-07-14T09:25:37","modified_gmt":"2021-07-14T14:25:37","slug":"deas-spinach-artichoke-dip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookbook.deamaree.com\/?p=409","title":{"rendered":"Dea&#8217;s Spinach Artichoke Dip"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 pkg. frozen spinach thawed (9-10 oz)<\/li><li>1 jar marinated artichokes, drained and chopped<\/li><li>8 oz. package cream cheese<\/li><li>2\/3 c. sour cream<\/li><li>1\/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese<\/li><li>1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese<\/li><li>1\/4 cup <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/cookbook.deamaree.com\/2020\/08\/08\/onions-fresh-and-reconstituted\/\" target=\"_blank\">onion<\/a>, finely chopped<\/li><li>1 stick butter<\/li><li>1\/8 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 325\u00ba<\/li><li>Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.<\/li><li>Saut\u00e9 onions in butter until translucent.<\/li><li>Add remaining ingredients one at a time, mixing well after each addition.<\/li><li><strong>Add ingredients in this order:<\/strong><br>Spinach<br>Cream Cheese<br>Sour Cream<br>Parmesan Cheese<br>Artichoke Hearts<br>Red Pepper Flakes<\/li><li>Remove from heat and spoon into 1.5 quart casserole*.<\/li><li>Top with Mozzarella.<\/li><li>Bake 15-30 minutes, or until warm through and cheese has melted<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>*Can use 2 qt casserole.
