Butter 2 quart casserole dish.<\/li><li>Boil pasta in large pot for 9-11 minutes, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time. Drain in colander.<\/li><li>Rinse pot. Melt butter in large pot on medium-low heat. Stir in flour; cook and stir 2 min. or until smooth, bubbly, and fragrant. Gradually whisk in milk; bring to boil over medium heat, whisking constantly. Cook over medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, whisking constantly.<\/li><li>Add cheeses; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted.<\/li><li>Add ham to cheese sauce, stir. Add drained pasta and broccoli to cheese sauce, stir to coat.<\/li><li>Spoon into prepared casserole dish.
